Quadradyn builds precision small arms, barrels, and ammunition under a federal manufacturing license, and it sells them the way that license demands: serialized firearms only through licensed dealers, ammunition only to adults in places where it may lawfully be delivered, and every order under the same written rules. Those rules are on this page.
The five sections below cover how you may use this site, what we do with your information, how and where we ship, how refunds and cancellations work, and how we comply with federal firearms law, including ATF Rule 2021R-05. Read the section that applies to your order before you buy. If anything is unclear, the contact addresses at the end reach a person at Quadradyn, not a ticket queue.
01 // Terms of Use
1.1Agreement
quadradyn.com (the “Site”) is operated by Quadradyn LLC (“Quadradyn,” “we,” “us”), a federally licensed firearms manufacturer headquartered in Pompano Beach, Florida. By visiting the Site, sending a message, requesting a quote, registering for briefings, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy, Shipping, and Refunds & Cancellations policies on this page (together, the “Policies”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1.2Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and to buy merchandise or non-serialized components. You must be at least 21 years old to buy ammunition or a firearm from Quadradyn, and you must be legally eligible to receive and possess the item under federal, state, and local law at the delivery address. By placing an order you represent that:
- you are not prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or (n), or under the law of your state;
- you are buying for yourself and not for anyone else (a “straw purchase” is a federal felony);
- the item is lawful to own, and lawful to ship to, the address you provide; and
- every detail you give us, including your age, identity, address, and receiving dealer, is accurate.
1.3Orders, pricing, and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit, or decline any order for any lawful reason, including inventory, a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, a restricted destination, or an inability to verify your eligibility or your receiving dealer. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, shipping, your dealer’s transfer fee, and any federal tax stamp. Sales tax is collected where the law requires. Prices, specifications, availability, and lead times can change without notice; if we cannot honor a price or specification shown when you ordered, we will tell you before charging you or refund you in full.
1.4Product information
Product descriptions, ballistic figures, and performance data are published in good faith and may be modeled, provisional, or drawn from published third-party data, as noted on the product page. Final specifications follow the production configuration. Nothing on the Site promises a particular result in a particular rifle, and nothing on the Site replaces the safety, handling, and maintenance instructions supplied with a product. Firearms and ammunition are dangerous if misused. Use them only as instructed and only in accordance with the law.
1.5Intelligence content and third-party marks
Quadradyn Intelligence articles are editorial analysis built from open sources. They are not legal, technical, or professional advice, and references to any government, agency, or military unit describe published history only; no endorsement of Quadradyn is stated or implied. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. ICAR is a trademark of SureFire, LLC; PMAG is a trademark of Magpul Industries; Sabre is a trademark of Palmetto State Armory. Quadradyn is not affiliated with any of them.
1.6Intellectual property
The Site, its design, text, images, data, and code, and the Quadradyn name, logo, and product names are owned by or licensed to Quadradyn and protected by United States and international law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, scraping, or commercial use requires our written permission.
1.7Your submissions
Anything you send through our forms, including photographs for a finishing or purchasing quote, must be accurate and yours to share. You grant Quadradyn a non-exclusive license to use it to respond to you, prepare your quote, perform the work you request, and keep the records the law requires. Do not send content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that contains another person’s personal information without their consent.
1.8Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the Site or its security, submit automated or bulk requests, misrepresent your identity or eligibility, attempt to buy on behalf of a prohibited person, or use the Site to break any law. We may suspend access and cancel orders to protect the Site, our customers, or the public.
1.9Third-party services and links
Checkout, payment, and delivery run on third-party services: our e-commerce platform, our payment processor, and our carriers. Their terms govern their part of the transaction, and your card details are handled by the processor, not by Quadradyn. Links to outside websites are provided for convenience; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
1.10Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Quadradyn disclaims all warranties about the Site itself, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Site or any order. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Product warranties are separate; they are described in Section 4.8 and in the documentation supplied with the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, and in those places our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted.
1.11Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold Quadradyn, its owners, and its staff harmless from claims, losses, and costs arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Policies, or your violation of any law, including any misstatement of your eligibility to buy or possess a product.
1.12Governing law and disputes
These Policies are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Write to our legal desk (see Section 06) first; most concerns are resolved within thirty days. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
1.13Changes to these Policies
We may revise these Policies by posting a new revision on this page with a new effective date. The revision in force when you place an order governs that order. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
02 // Privacy Policy
2.1Scope
This policy explains what Quadradyn collects when you use the Site or do business with us, how we use it, who sees it, and the choices you have. Quadradyn is a United States company; your information is stored and processed in the United States.
2.2What we collect
- What you give us. Your name, email address, optional phone number, the channel you choose, and your message when you contact us; photographs and job details you attach to a Services request; your billing address, shipping address, and receiving dealer when you order; and your email address when you register for Intelligence briefings or the Quadradyn Society.
- What the Site collects on its own. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps) kept for security and troubleshooting; a temporary session cookie that operates the human-check question on our forms; and a short-lived record of the IP address used to submit a Services request, kept only to limit automated abuse.
- What the law requires. For firearm transfers we complete in person at our licensed premises, the government-issued identification and ATF Form 4473 record that federal law requires. For NFA items, the ATF approval documents. Our e-commerce platform and payment processor collect the details needed to take your payment; card numbers never touch Quadradyn’s servers.
- What we do not do. The Site carries no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. Page fonts are served by Fontshare, which receives your IP address when the font files load.
2.3How we use it
To answer your message, prepare a quote, fulfill and ship your order, coordinate the transfer with your dealer, provide warranty and support, send the briefings you asked for, comply with federal and state firearms, tax, and record-keeping law, detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and keep the Site working. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
2.4Who we share it with
- Service providers that act for us and only as far as their job requires: our e-commerce platform and payment processor, shipping carriers, and email delivery. Each operates under its own security program and privacy terms.
- Your receiving dealer, who gets your name and the order details needed to complete the transfer.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, for example an ATF trace request, a subpoena, or a court order, and to protect the safety of a person or the public.
- A successor, if Quadradyn or its records are ever sold or transferred, under the same protections.
2.5How long we keep it
Messages and quote requests are kept as long as needed to respond and for our business records. Photographs uploaded through the Services forms are deleted from our server after 30 days. Server logs are rotated routinely. Order, payment, and tax records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Firearms acquisition and disposition records and ATF Forms 4473 are kept for as long as federal regulations require licensees to keep them, which is for the life of our license, and are then transferred to the ATF as the law directs.
2.6Your choices and rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it through our privacy desk (see Section 06). We will verify that the request comes from you and respond within 45 days. We cannot delete records that federal firearms, tax, or anti-fraud law requires us to keep, but we will tell you what remains and why. You may unsubscribe from briefings at any time using the link in any email or through the privacy desk. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights; use the privacy desk to exercise them.
2.7Cookies
The Site sets one strictly necessary session cookie, used to operate the human-check question on our forms. It contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser. Our e-commerce platform sets its own cookies during checkout under its own policy. You can block cookies in your browser, but the forms and checkout may then not work.
2.8Security
The Site is served over encrypted connections, access to records is limited to the people who need it, and we collect the minimum an order or a message requires. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure; if you believe your information has been exposed, tell our privacy desk (see Section 06) and we will investigate.
2.9Children
The Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
03 // Shipping Policy
3.1Where we ship
Quadradyn ships within the United States only, to destinations where the product may lawfully be received. We do not ship internationally, to freight forwarders, mail drops, or reshippers, or to APO/FPO addresses for firearms or ammunition. Firearms and ammunition are subject to United States export controls and may not be exported or re-exported without government authorization.
3.2Firearms
- Serialized firearms ship only to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) that you select. They never ship to a residence. You complete ATF Form 4473 and the background check at your dealer, and you pay your dealer’s transfer fee directly to the dealer.
- Before a firearm ships we verify your dealer’s license. Ask your dealer to send a signed copy of its FFL to our compliance desk (see Section 06) with your order number, or we will confirm the license through the ATF’s FFL eZ Check system. Orders ship after verification.
- In-stock rifles ship within 1–3 weeks of dealer verification. Special-order and Spec-Ops configurations ship on the lead time quoted at checkout.
- Firearms ship by common carrier with the shipment declarations federal law requires, insured, with an adult signature required at delivery. Handguns and other configurations that carriers require to move by air ship next-day air.
- Configurations regulated under the National Firearms Act (for example short-barreled rifles and suppressors) transfer only through a licensed dealer that holds a Special Occupational Tax registration, and only after the ATF has approved the transfer and the tax stamp has issued. Your dealer will guide you through the ATF application; NFA processing times are set by the ATF, not by Quadradyn.
- We do not ship a firearm to a state or locality where that configuration is prohibited. Orders to such destinations are cancelled and refunded.
3.3Ammunition
Age. Federal law sets a minimum age of 18 for rifle and shotgun ammunition and 21 for handgun ammunition sold by a licensee. Because 8.6 Blackout is chambered in both rifles and large-format pistols, Quadradyn applies the 21-year minimum to every ammunition sale. You must be 21 or older to order, and an adult (21+) signature is required at delivery. We may ask for identification before shipping.
How it ships. Ammunition ships by ground only, as a carrier-classified limited quantity (ORM-D) shipment, to the buyer’s own street address. It cannot ship by air, through the U.S. Postal Service, to a P.O. box, or to a freight forwarder or reshipper.
Where it cannot ship. The following states and jurisdictions have laws, or carrier constraints, that prevent us from delivering ammunition directly to a consumer. Checkout will not accept an ammunition order to these destinations.
| State or jurisdiction | Ammunition shipping | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Alaska | Not available | No ground carrier route; ammunition may not travel by air. |
| California | Not available | State law routes ammunition sales through a licensed California ammunition vendor. |
| Connecticut | Not available | State permit or ammunition certificate requirement. |
| District of Columbia | Not available | District registration requirements. |
| Hawaii | Not available | No ground carrier route; ammunition may not travel by air. |
| Illinois | Not available | Firearm Owner’s Identification (FOID) card requirement; includes Chicago and Cook County. |
| Massachusetts | Not available | State License to Carry or Firearms Identification card requirement. |
| New Jersey | Not available | State firearms purchaser identification and permit requirements. |
| New York | Not available | State law requires ammunition sales through a licensed dealer with a background check; includes New York City. |
| All other states | Available | 21+ with adult signature, ground only, to the buyer’s own street address. Some cities and counties have their own ordinances; the buyer is responsible for compliance at the delivery address. |
This list is reviewed regularly and updated as laws change. Where a state allows ammunition to be delivered to a licensed dealer, we may offer that option in the future; until then, orders to the destinations above are not accepted.
3.4Barrels and components
Non-serialized components, including the QMB-6 barrel, ship directly to you by ground where lawful. Some states and localities restrict the purchase, possession, or shipment of barrels shorter than 16 inches; we do not ship barrels to jurisdictions where they are prohibited. Installing a barrel shorter than 16 inches on a rifle-configured firearm creates a short-barreled rifle regulated under the National Firearms Act, which requires ATF approval before assembly. Confirm that the barrel, and the firearm it will go on, are lawful where you live before you order.
3.5Merchandise
Apparel and other merchandise ship directly to you by standard ground service. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, and a tracking number is emailed when the package leaves.
3.6Finishing and purchasing services
Items for Cerakote finishing and firearms we purchase are dropped off and picked up in person, by appointment, at our Broward County shop. We do not accept walk-ins or unsolicited shipments; submit the request form first, receive your quote, and you will be assigned a drop-off time.
3.7Tracking, delivery problems, and address changes
- Tracking is emailed for every shipment. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers to you or to your dealer.
- Report a package that arrives damaged, short, or not at all within 5 days of the carrier’s delivery scan (or the expected delivery date) to our support desk (see Section 06), with photographs where possible, so we can open a carrier claim and make it right.
- Address changes are possible only before a shipping label is created. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address, a refused delivery, or a missed signature are reshipped at your cost or refunded less the shipping charges.
- Signature requirements cannot be waived for firearms or ammunition.
04 // Refunds & Cancellations
4.1Cancelling an order
Any order may be cancelled for a full refund to the original payment method at any time before it ships. Contact our support desk (see Section 06) with the order number. Once an order has shipped it is handled as a return under the rules below. Special-order firearms and finishing work follow Section 4.6.
4.2Firearms
- Inspect before you accept. Examine the firearm at your dealer before completing the transfer paperwork. If you find a defect or the wrong configuration, decline the transfer and contact us within 3 days; we will arrange return shipping from your dealer and repair, replace, or refund at our expense.
- After the transfer, all sales are final. Once ATF Form 4473 is completed, the firearm is used property under federal law and cannot be returned. The warranty in Section 4.8 continues to apply.
- Declined or incomplete transfers. If you decline the transfer for a reason other than a defect, or cannot complete it because a background check is denied, the configuration is prohibited where you live, or your dealer will not accept the transfer, the firearm is returned to us and refunded less the outbound and return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Dealer fees are paid to the dealer and are not refunded by Quadradyn.
4.3Ammunition
Ammunition sales are final. For safety and carrier reasons, ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged. If you believe a lot is defective, contact our support desk (see Section 06) within 30 days of delivery with the lot number printed on the box and a description or photographs of the problem. We will investigate and replace or refund the affected boxes. Do not ship ammunition back to us unless we ask you to and tell you how.
4.4Barrels and components
New, uninstalled, unmodified components in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. A barrel that has been installed, fitted, machined, or fired is not returnable except under the warranty in Section 4.8. Contact us for a return authorization before shipping anything back. You pay return shipping unless the return is the result of our error, and refunds are issued after inspection.
4.5Merchandise
Unworn, unwashed merchandise with its tags attached may be returned or exchanged for another size within 30 days of delivery. Contact us for a return authorization first. You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, in which case we cover it.
4.6Special orders, finishing, and purchasing
- Special-order firearms (including configurations built or finished to order) are paid before the build begins. You may cancel for a full refund until materials are ordered or work starts; after that, the refund is reduced by the cost of materials and work already committed.
- Cerakote finishing is quoted from your photographs, approved, and paid before a drop-off appointment is assigned. Cancel before drop-off for a full refund less any non-returnable materials ordered for your job, such as custom colors. Once work has begun, the job is not refundable; workmanship defects are corrected at no charge.
- Firearm purchasing. A quote we give you for a firearm you want to sell is an estimate based on your photographs and is confirmed on in-person inspection at your appointment. You may decline our final offer at no cost.
4.7How refunds are paid
Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, or after we confirm a cancellation. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to post the credit. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is the result of our error. If a charge looks wrong, contact us before disputing it with your card issuer; nearly every problem is faster to fix directly.
4.8Warranty
- SARC-6 rifles: Double Lifetime Warranty. Limited lifetime coverage against defects in materials and workmanship follows the original retail purchaser and one registered subsequent lawful owner. Barrels, springs, and other consumable or normal-wear parts, cosmetic wear, and damage from misuse, neglect, improper ammunition, or unauthorized modification are excluded. Register a transfer of ownership through our support desk (see Section 06).
- QMB-6 barrels: workmanship coverage. Coverage addresses defects in material and machining. Throat erosion, bore wear, and other consumable-life conditions are normal wear and are not covered.
- Merchandise. Manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery are replaced.
- Warranty service. Contact us before shipping anything. Firearms sent for warranty service move through your dealer or directly to us as federal law allows; we will give you the instructions. Warranty work does not extend the warranty term.
05 // Firearms & Ammunition Compliance
5.1Federal licensing
Quadradyn LLC holds a Federal Firearms License issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) as a Type 07 Manufacturer of Firearms, and is registered and pays the Class 2 Special Occupational Tax as a manufacturer of National Firearms Act firearms. Both are held for our licensed premises in Pompano Beach, Florida. For security, our license number and exact street address are not published on this website; the ATF does not require them to be. Licensed dealers and distributors who need our license for a transfer receive a signed copy on request from our compliance desk (see Section 06), and can verify it through the ATF’s FFL eZ Check system.
5.2ATF Rule 2021R-05: how we comply
ATF Final Rule 2021R-05, “Definition of ‘Frame or Receiver’ and Identification of Firearms,” took effect on August 24, 2022 and was upheld by the United States Supreme Court in Bondi v. VanDerStok (2025). It defines what counts as a frame or receiver, requires licensed manufacturers to mark every firearm and frame or receiver with identifying information, treats partially complete frames and receivers and certain parts kits as firearms, and extends the retention of licensee records. Quadradyn manufactures and sells under the rule as follows.
| Requirement | What Quadradyn does |
|---|---|
| Serial numbers | Every firearm, and every frame or receiver, that we manufacture receives a unique serial number before it leaves our licensed premises. Serial numbers are never reused. No product we sell is unserialized. |
| Identification markings | Each frame or receiver is marked with its serial number, our licensed name (or ATF-recognized abbreviation), and the city and state of our licensed premises, and each firearm carries its model designation and caliber, as 27 CFR 478.92 requires. Markings are engraved, cast, or stamped to a minimum depth of .003 inch, with the serial number in characters no smaller than 1/16 inch, so they cannot be readily removed or obliterated. |
| Frame or receiver | For our split-receiver rifle designs, the lower receiver that houses the fire-control components is the serialized frame or receiver as the rule defines it. Upper receivers, barrels, handguards, and other parts are components, not frames or receivers, and are sold and shipped as components. |
| Partially complete frames and kits | Quadradyn does not manufacture, sell, or ship unfinished, partially complete, or “80%” frames or receivers, or the jigs, templates, or parts kits that the rule treats as firearms. A frame or receiver becomes a serialized, recorded firearm the moment it reaches the stage the rule defines, and it is handled as one from then on. |
| Privately made firearms | If a privately made firearm that is not already marked as the rule requires comes into our inventory for finishing, purchase, or repair, we mark it with a serial number that begins with our abbreviated license number, as the rule prescribes, within seven days of receipt or before it leaves our premises, whichever comes first, and we record it. |
| Records | Acquisition and disposition records, ATF Forms 4473, and NFA records are kept in the form and for the period the regulations require, which under the rule is for the life of the license, and are then transferred to the ATF. We answer ATF trace requests within the 24 hours the law allows. |
| Transfers | Serialized firearms are transferred only to other federal licensees or, in person at our licensed premises, to individuals who complete ATF Form 4473, pass the background check conducted through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and satisfy Florida’s mandatory waiting period and any longer local waiting period that applies. No serialized firearm ships to a consumer’s address, and no transfer is made to a person we know or have reason to believe is prohibited. |
| National Firearms Act items | NFA firearms we manufacture are registered with the ATF on manufacture and transfer only on an approved ATF form: to a dealer with a Special Occupational Tax registration, or to an individual through such a dealer after ATF approval and payment of the transfer tax. No NFA item leaves our custody before the approval is in hand. |
| Exports | We do not export. Our products are subject to the Export Administration Regulations or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and may not be exported or re-exported without government authorization. |
5.3Ammunition: age and destination rules
Quadradyn sells ammunition only to buyers 21 years of age or older, requires an adult signature at delivery, ships ammunition by ground only to the buyer’s own street address, and does not ship ammunition to Alaska, California, Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, or New York. The full list, with the reason for each restriction, is in Section 3.3. Checkout enforces these rules before an order is accepted.
5.4What we ask of every buyer
At checkout you confirm that you meet the age requirement for the product, that you are not prohibited from possessing it, that you are buying it for yourself, and that it is lawful to own and to receive at the delivery address. Buying a firearm or ammunition for someone else, or lying on any purchase or transfer document, is a federal crime. Quadradyn cooperates fully with law enforcement and refuses any sale that looks like a straw purchase or an attempt to evade the law.
5.5A note on the law
Firearms and ammunition law changes often and varies by state, county, and city. This page describes Quadradyn’s practices; it is not legal advice, and it cannot substitute for knowing the law where you live. When in doubt, ask your receiving dealer or a lawyer in your state before you order.
06 // Contact
Each desk below reaches the person responsible for that policy. Click a desk and your mail app opens a message to it; the addresses are assembled only when you click, so they stay out of the lists that spam robots harvest from web pages. Include your order number when you have one. We answer within one to two business days, Monday through Friday, Eastern time.
If you would rather not use your mail app, the contact form reaches the same people. Quadradyn LLC is headquartered in Pompano Beach, Florida; for security, our street address is shared with licensed dealers, carriers, and authorities as needed rather than published here.
